About this event
Many associations have invested heavily in websites, learning management systems, newsletters, and digital tools. Yet, despite having more resources available than ever before, actual member engagement often remains frustratingly low.
The challenge isn’t a lack of information or effort. It’s the gap between one-way communication and active participation.
A website can tell members what your association offers. But real, lasting engagement only happens when members interact with your content, your learning programs, your events, and—most importantly—each other.
The big question we need to ask is: “We’re communicating, but are we actually engaging?”
In this conversational, practical session, Intuto and Tradewing will explore why engagement often stalls despite our best intentions. We’ll look at how to move past fragmented, disconnected tools and toward building a true engagement infrastructure that supports a continuous, year-round member journey.
