Rufaro is a health economist. Before working for NICE, she worked as a Pricing Policy Manager in the Pricing Team for NHS Improvement, which develops the national tariff that sets out the methodology and prices for NHS services.
Richard is responsible for operational planning and delivery for NICE Advice and NICE International. This includes overseeing the management of all services, using continuous improvement to optimise its approach to engagement, and working closely with stakeholders and business partners to develop new policies, processes and services.
Andrew is a highly experienced Global Market Access expert, leading pragmatic, solution-focused consultancy services at Initiate, a best-in-class consultancy with exceptional experience in the rare disease sector.
Anna is a Senior Adviser in the NICE Advice team with experience in supporting the delivery of multi-stakeholder engagements and providing market access insights to the Life Sciences Industry. Anna holds an MSc in Health Policy from Imperial College London and has over 10 years of experience at NICE, in various roles including in the guidelines and technology appraisals teams, and in working on multi-agency initiatives supporting access to innovative technologies.
