    Rebecca Ruegg Licensed Attorney

    Rebecca Ruegg-Lerner has worked as General Counsel for CellTrust Corporation for over fifteen years, heading their legal department and overseeing and providing guidance on all legal matters, including risk management, intellectual property, licensing, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and Human Resources. A licensed attorney in California and Arizona, she has a J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, M.Ed. from Wichita State University and B.A. from Newman University. Rebecca was a finalist for a 2018 Arizona Corporate Counsel Award, served as a member of the Technology Futures Subgroup of the Arizona Cyber Team (ACT), and was the inaugural Chair of the Executive Council for the In-house Counsel Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
