CALGreen is the first-in-the-nation mandatory green building standards code and new requirements go into effect July 1, 2024. They will apply to new construction, adaptive reuse, or remodeling of non-residential buildings over 100,000 sq. ft. or schools over 50,000 sq. ft.

Amie weaves together environmental building standards development and implementation with systems thinking, behavioral science, and data analysis. She believes mandatory codes, standards, and policies are crucial to any successful climate action plan, from the local to the global scale.
