About Jacob Neer
Jacob Neer is a respected maintenance leader with expertise in client needs analysis, guiding cross-functional teams, researching social trends, and optimizing workplace operations.
Jacob is currently the Corporate Maintenance Manager at Domino's. Previous to Domino’s, Jacob worked to improve maintenance operations at Target, Walmart, Chewy, and Egg Innovations.
Jacob started his career in the Airforce and worked as a Crew Chief, managing maintenance for F-22 and F-15 fighter jets.
He holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Central Florida and in his spare time he enjoys volunteering with the United Way and Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Indiana.
