Professor Michael Sander received his master in Environmental Sciences from the University of Bayreuth, Germany, and his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (focus: Environmental Engineering) from Yale University (New Haven, USA) in 2005. Since 2021 Michael Sander is professor in environmental chemistry at the department of environmental system science at the ETH Zurich in Switzerland.
Mrs. Maren Sander received her Diploma in Physical Chemistry from University of Oldenburg, Germany. She joined BUCHI Labortechnik 16 years ago, first as an application chemist and currently as product manager for extraction and parallel evaporation.
