About this event
Are you looking for new ways to expand your research with cathodoluminescence? Are you interested in learning how imaging techniques such as angle-resolved cathodoluminescence, intensity mapping and cathodoluminescence polarimetry, can be applied in your field? Join the online demonstration of a unique SEM-based cathodoluminescence detection system, the SPARC.
The SPARC offers ultimate resolution, reliability and excellent user experience. Three features of the SPARC make it the most flexible CL system on the market. First, its modular design allows choosing multiple optical components and a wide range of detectors for different applications. Second, open source control software ODEMIS offers automated image acquisition and analysis, as well as makes it possible to write your own scripts for customised applications. Finally, six imaging modes, including unique time-resolved cathodoluminescence imaging, allow to perform the most complete CL analysis and deliver reproducible results.
The SPARC is designed for fast and sensitive material characterization at the nanoscale and is successfully used all over the world in the fields of nanophotonics, materials science and geosciences.
During the online demonstration, our cathodoluminescence specialist and product manager will show the various functionalities of the SPARC and discuss their application.
If the time of the demonstration doesn't suit you, don't worry! You will receive the link to the recording as soon as it finishes, and will be able to watch whenever it is convenient for you.
