During the webinar, Phil will provide a comprehensive overview of various business immigration programs in Canada, including ICT (C61/C62/C63), C10, Treaty Investors, and LMIA Owner Operator.

In addition to the overview of business immigration programs, Phil Mooney will explain co-counseling and how IMMC3 works with immigration consultants and lawyers.

Guest Biography: Phil Mooney is a highly experienced Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with over 23 years of industry experience, having spent more than 30 years in the corporate world. He is an expert in all types of business immigration cases and serves as co-counsel to dozens of Authorized Representatives, helping them select the best program for their clients and dealing with government departments on their behalf. Phil has made significant contributions to the industry, including participating in the development of the initial Professional Skills Exam for consultants and serving as a member of the Canadian Border Services Advisory Committee (CBSAC). He is also a former CEO of the regulatory body ICCRC, now CICC, and served as CAPIC president for over three years. Phil is a passionate advocate for both immigrants and consultants and regularly presents briefs before parliamentary committees.

Host Biography: Marianella Manzur from Joorney Business Plans has over 20+ years of international experience in strategy, consulting, marketing, and sales. Originally from Colombia, she brings expertise from an array of industries in both Latin and North American markets.
