Preparing for a Sale

Pre-transaction playbook for maximizing value

In order to fully maximize the sale value of a bank – and also minimize transaction risk – preparations for a sale should be initiated well before the actual sale effort is initiated. Accordingly, please join us for this “fireside chat” style discussion in which we will explore specific best practices to be implemented months, if not years, before a sale.

Olsen Palmer’s Managing Partner Christopher Olsen will moderate a discussion with Kurt Knutson, Founder and former President and CEO of Freedom Bank which was acquired last year by Landmark National Bank. Mr. Olsen and Mr. Knutson will share insights, recommendations, best practices, and hard-earned wisdom on a variety of topics including:

  • Pre-transaction preparation and pitfalls
  • Crafting and executing the appropriate sale process
  • Understanding the buyer universe and initiating buyer conversations
  • Best practices during actual transaction execution

Please note that registration, attendance, and questions for any Olsen Palmer webinar are always kept strictly confidential and never shared with any parties including other attendees and guest speakers.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering, please adjust your spam filter to allow emails from livestorm.co and olsenpalmer.com or email info@olsenpalmer.com.
