Mark is the head of Business Development for Catalyst IT with responsibility for the EU, Middle East and Africa regions. Mark is an AdvanceHE Principal Fellow which is international recognition of his sustained record of strategic leadership in higher education. Mark has a substantial understanding of the education landscape and its unique dynamics due to his experience working within the education sector for over 20 years. He has extensive involvement in a variety of national and international networks supporting the education sector. Through leading numerous teaching and learning initiatives in areas including blended learning, technology enhanced learning, learning spaces, student retention and assessment, Mark has developed a local, national and international reputation for innovation and for leadership in teaching and learning.
Paddy Mwangi is an E-Assessment Consultant for Africa, who consults with government agencies in Africa on implementing global best practice around high and medium-stakes assessments. He brings his wide experience and regional expertise in edtech for vocational skills development, higher education, e-assessment and digital testing.
Abir Guettiti is a Business Development Manager at ReadSpeaker with extensive experience in the education sector, specializing in expanding assistive technology across Africa. She works closely with higher education institutions to implement solutions that enhance learning accessibility and compliance.
