Murray Durbin | Founder | Enveloped 

BIO:

Murray Durbin is one of the Directors of Enveloped Solutions, based in Auckland. Enveloped has been involved in supplying products and systems for high performance homes and buildings around New Zealand for a number of years. The company has recently refocussed it's efforts to be specialist importers and distributors of European window and door joinery, and insulation from around the world.

Talk topic: In his presentation Murray will showcase the wide range of joinery now available to our market, and explain how importing can be very efficient, and showcase recent and current projects. He will also provide an overview of the range of insulation products now available from PIR, Rockwool, and glasswool.

Dan Hoy | Account Manager | Autex 

Presenter bio: Dan Hoy has been with GreenStuf for 3 ½ years, serving as an account manager. In this role, he collaborates with specifiers on technical detailing and provides support for H1 and Masterspec. Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing golf and staying active.

In November 2021, MBIE implemented the start of their Building for Climate Change programme. This involves changes to all building codes to improve the performance and energy efficiencies of our buildings and reduce our building industry’s carbon footprint. The starting point is to focus on improving the level of insulation in our floors, walls, ceilings and windows.
