Talk topic: “Radical Participation – activating not dictating”
Co-CEOs Jessamyn Davis and Andy Lantz from the international design collective RIOS will discuss the importance of radical participation within a design firm. They will address topics such as what a 21st-century design business looks like, why the vision of a single-led company is dated, and how to reframe and embrace the challenges of succession plans to empower a multi-generational transition. Jessamyn and Andy will share examples of how harnessing your team's superpowers and leaning into risk-taking to address discomfort head-on create opportunities to build an action-oriented culture led with humanity.
