About this event
Objectives and Key Results - or OKRs, are currently being adapted by most organizations, especially tech companies, but some might fail to realize that just using the framework won't guarantee you success. To set OKRs properly and to use them effectively, it requires a clear understanding of the framework from the leaders to every team member.
Join our panel of product experts, who have had years of experiences of working with OKRs in product teams, to discuss the whys, the best practices and the common misconceptions of OKRs.
