About this event
Agni’s mission is to support healing through nourishment for all people everywhere on the reproductive continuum. In this session, Astrid, Agni’s co-founder and CEO, will share a framework for nourishment that is applicable every day for yourself and for those you serve and support. From Agni’s perspective, nourishment includes everything from the beliefs we hold to the herbs we lean on in response to the body’s communication. We’ll cover the full spectrum of nourishment in this session and specifically dive into examples of how it can serve those moving into, through, and beyond pregnancy.
This is a space for Mama Glow Doulas to learn how to support nourishment along the reproductive continuum and how to use food as medicine during pregnancy and postpartum.
