Production Group Leader of 4 years and Production Team Leader for 5. For the past year and half been a part of the Training Performance Management Team with a focus on working with Team Leaders, Group Leaders, and our board processes (5S3D, OSM, PDCA, etc)
Retired U.S. Army Infantry Officer and decorated combat veteran. Responsible for supplier education, leading salary staff instructional programs, and curriculum design and development. Hold a Master of Science in Leadership in Technology from Purdue University and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
34 years with Subaru. Nearly 30 years on the floor as a Team Leader. Certified FST trainer and T3 trainer.
