Frédéric started in HMI industry in 1990 and worked in several French/ international keypad companies making flexible circuits, silicone parts, in-mold keypads. His first job in this field was designer, then industrialisation manager and got opportunities as product manager and technical sales. Joined ICAPE group on January 2023 for the acquisition of FIMOR electronics where he spent 12 years from 2009 to 2021.
Robin worked for more than 3 years at Airbus France as a project manager before joining ICAPE group in 2020 Now mechanical engineering manager for CIPEM activities, he has the opportunity to work closely with our partners in China As a service office member and engineering oriented, his job consists of handling manufacturing capabilities versus requirement from customer, industrialisation phase & process follow up.
