Where AI-Moderated Research Shines, Where It Doesn't, and How to Tell the Difference

About this event

AI-moderated interviews are quickly becoming part of the modern research toolkit, but adopting the technology is only the first decision. The bigger question is where AI adds value, where human moderation remains essential, and how insights teams can confidently decide between the two.

In this webinar, Listen will explore how organizations are putting AI-moderated research into practice across a range of use cases. Drawing on real deployments with Fortune 100 companies, the discussion will examine when AI moderation is the right fit, the guardrails that help maintain data quality, and the practical considerations for scaling research without compromising confidence in the results.

As AI becomes a standard part of the insights workflow, teams need clear frameworks rather than competing opinions. This session will provide practical guidance for evaluating AI research methods, balancing automation with human expertise, and building a research approach that supports faster decision-making while maintaining quality and governance.
