ESTEEM (Enhance and Stimulate Trust while Exploring new forms of Entrepreneurship Modules), is a 24 months project co-financed by the Erasmus + programme. This online conference is aimed at presenting the main activities and results of the project:

• Study of the psychological codes and cognitive aspects of a business leader
• Design and experimentation of innovative modules around female leadership
• Good analytical practices between business managers
• Non-formal training programme to facilitate the access to financing solutions
