In this event, we will show you how the new Callbell module works to manage different teams within the same account and how incoming chats from your WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger and Telegram account can be assigned to different teams automatically. Once your clients contact you through these channels, the bot will send an automatic welcome message and refer the chat to the corresponding team according to the client's response.
On April 12, at the end of the webinar, we will open this new feature to all of our users!
