The 5th Epoch Series emphasises the impact of NewAge comms technologies and their transformation of selected industries and use cases, including AI, Virtualisation, Mixed Reality (AR / VR), SDN, 5G / 6G, IoT, the Metaverse, Digital Twin, Multi Earth Orbit Non-Terrestrial Network solutions.
Ushua Prashant (Research Analyst) is based in the London office. She contributes to the Space Ground Segment, Satellite Capacity, Government and Military Space and Satellite–Telecoms Integration programmes. Ushua holds a BSc in economics, mathematics and statistics, and an MSc in energy, environmental technology and economics. Prior to joining Analysys Mason, she worked on exploring the applications for Earth observation data and using this data to address sustainability challenges.
Tim Deaver serves as the VP of Global Sales and Solutions in the Mynaric Washington D.C. area office and is responsible for creating and marketing customer solutions for Mynaric’s industry leading Laser Communication Terminals. Tim leads a team focused on Customer Success, from requirements capture, to solutions development, and customer delivery. He works closely with the Mynaric Sales and Engineering teams across critical Government and Commercial markets.
Tim Sills has over 20 years of cybersecurity experience and has worked in the aerospace industry supporting ground station operations and developing satellite communications solutions. As a Solutions Architect at AWS, he develops cloud solutions for aerospace customers.
Bio Cliff Beek is a satellite communications and space-fintech entrepreneur who has spent his career designing secure, cloud-based infrastructure in orbit and is now focused on building the financial and intelligence layers of space. He founded Cloud Constellation’s SpaceBelt, a space-based data center constellation, and SpaceBelt KSA, which adapts that architecture for sovereign and critical national workloads in the Gulf region; he is also the founder of SC Solutions AI, an earth-intelligence company that fuses satellite data and AI for applications such as agriculture and soil reclamation, and leads SpaceChain, pioneering blockchain infrastructure in space to enable future in-orbit settlement and payment networks.
Khalid Al Naqbi is Vice President of Product & Engineering at Space42, where he leads the development of secure, mission-critical satellite communications and space technology solutions. He has extensive experience across multi-orbit satellite systems and hybrid networks, and advises government stakeholders on secure satellite and defence space infrastructure.
Dennis founded LEOcloud in 2021 and lead it to a successful acquisition by Voyager Technologies in 2025. His vision is to extend cloud services into space with a highly resilient, scalable, multi-cloud, managed Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). LEOcloud Space Edge™ IaaS will extend cloud services into space in support of the emerging data-driven space economy. In October of 2025 Voyager LEOcloud deployed the 1st operational data center in space aboard the International Space Station. Prior to forming LEOcloud, Dennis was the Chief Commercial Officer for Cloud Constellation Corporation where he led global sales, marketing, channel management, and strategic alliances.
