Future Energy Llanwern is a proposed solar farm located on land south-east of the Llanwern Steelworks between Goldcliff and Magor. If consented, Future Energy Llanwern would be capable of generating approximately 380 megawatts (MW) of clean electricity, enough to power approximately 108,000 homes.
We are seeking your views to help shape the proposals – including how the project could reduce local impacts during construction and operation, and how it could deliver benefits to the surrounding community.
