Based on the Theory of Sampling (TOS) webinar for Food & Feed presented earlier by ProcessControlExpert, this is a direct follow-up focusing on Process sampling: "How to extract representative samples from a moving stream of heterogeneous matter".
It is shown how there is a complete *duality* between sampling of stationary lots and of dynamic lot, as both are governed by the same Governing Principles (GP), Sampling Unit Operations (SUO) and identical rules for Sampling Error Management (SEM).
This webinar has a particular focus on the *sampling interface*, which is the critical success factor for application of PAT sensor technology, illustrated by selected examples and case histories. Also for process sampling, TOS is shown to be a necessary requirment for:
