Matthew worked as a director, senior consultant, and analyst at four risk and investigations companies: The Risk Advisory Group, Livingstone, Veracity and FTI. He has led projects in various global regions and co-developed a security risk analysis platform.
Janos Kuhn, a CFE since 2006, directs Third Party Management at Ericsson globally since 2021, based in the UK. He started his compliance career following many years in consulting and forensic investigations at various Big 4 companies and specializes in monitorships. Janos gained practical compliance experience at Siemens, implementing programs in Hungary and Romania, later in EMEA and in China during the monitorship of Dr. Theo Waigel, former German Minister of Finance. At SNC-Lavalin, he worked with the World Bank, the Canada Public Services and Procurement, and the Court of Quebec monitors before embarking on the Ericsson monitorship. He also worked at VMware, the Silicon Valley-based IT organization as its EMEA Ethics & Compliance Director between 2013 and 2018. He is a senior member of Ericsson’s compliance leadership team and has been integrating third-party compliance into business processes.
Daniel Wendt is a Partner at Honigman. With more than two decades experience, his practice focuses on the FCPA and United States trade laws, including enforcement proceedings, internal investigations, and related compliance projects. He has been Co-Editor of Miller & Chevalier’s FCPA Review since 2019, and he has been Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s International Anti-Corruption Committee in the International Law Section, currently serving as Immediate Past-Co-Chair. He is a frequent speaker with the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and other venues.
