Tom is the director of Thrive Teaching a nonprofit organization that works connecting local churches and business professionals. Originally from London, England, Tom spent over 20 years in full time ministry in multiple capacities; a church planter, executive pastor and has participated in almost every ministry the church has to offer. Tom has been married for over 20 years to Bethany and they have 3 children. Tom and his family currently reside in beautiful California.
