Teulo Talks // DIY Architecture: An Alternative Approach to Practice
UK - 2nd July 10am BST and NZ / AU Session: 7th July, 9am NZST
In this CPD webinar, Seb Benson and Simon Keeling of In Situ Architects will explore their DIY approach to architecture and how it has become a methodology for expression, experimentation, and entrepreneurship within a young start-up practice operating across London’s cultural, events, and residential sectors.
They will take audiences on a fast-paced journey through the cultural influences and creative inspirations that have shaped their work, revealing how these experiences helped forge an alternative path to traditional architectural practice. The presentation will also examine how personal passions and cross-disciplinary interests can be translated into spatial experiences through temporary installations, interventions, and event-based design.
