Pathways towards the EB2-NIW for Information Technology (IT) and Energy Sector Professionals

Wednesday, February 21st 2024 - 4:00 PM (GMT)

The event is over. See you in the next one.

About this event

Join us for our latest live webinar on February 21, 2024, at 11 am EST to learn more about EB2-NIW visas for technical engineers, particularly from the software and energy sectors.

This will be a great opportunity to learn about a growing trend that is seeing more professionals with advanced technical knowledge in certain fields take advantage of the benefits offered by the EB2-NIW visa.

To help us explore this topic, we will be joined by two immigration professionals, Isht Vatsa and Alyssa Giordano, both of Extraordinary Immigration PLLC, where they handle applications for a broad range of visa types, including the EB2-NIW.

The discussion will be hosted by Eliana Gimenes, VP of Sales at Joorney Business Plans. Eliana brings her consulting background and experience to the service of Latin American investors coming to the United States through E2, L1, and EB5 visas, which serves her well in her role as VP of Business Development for the Latin American market.

As always, the main presentation will be followed by a Q&A session where attendees can get answers from our experts.

Join us for the Pathways towards the EB2-NIW for Information Technology (IT) and Energy Sector Professionals webinar and listen as we get answers to questions like:

  • How do the specific eligibility criteria for the EB-2 NIW relate to Information Technology (IT), the energy sector, and other related technical and business-facing professionals?
  • What specific technical, analytical, and strategic efforts can energy sector and tech sector professionals pursue to strengthen their profile for an EB-2 NIW application?
  • How does the Dhanasar Test of the National Interest Waiver apply to individuals in energy and technical roles, and what factors from their professional profile should they focus on to demonstrate national interest?
  • What are the challenges or considerations applicants in the software engineering and oil engineering fields commonly face in pursuing self-petitioned green card options? How can these challenges be effectively addressed in the application process?
  • How does a Professional or Business Plan support the EB-2 NIW? What is the difference between a Professional and a Business Plan?

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to get expert insights into this trending topic. We look forward to seeing you on February 21!
