With expertise in cyber regulations, risk management, and digital transformation, Mark has led initiatives aligned with frameworks like IMO guidelines, IEC 62443, NIS2, OG86, and UK Cyber Essentials. His consultative approach and deep market knowledge empower clients to build resilience and unlock new opportunities.

    Matt Hull Global Head of Threat Intelligence @ NCC Group

    Matt Hull is the Global Head of Threat Intelligence for NCC Group, a leading cyber security firm. Prior to his current role, Matt was a penetration tester, and before that spent over twelve years within UK law enforcement where he specialised in covert policing, intelligence operations, threat management, and investigations in to serious organised crime. Matt is a member of CREST’s Cyber Threat Intelligence Professionals committee, and is a Guest Lecturer at the University of Chester. Matt is a regular speaker at cyber security events, discussing topics such as Threat Intelligence, Cyber Crime, and Online Investigations. Matt is also the ‘Digital Intelligence’ expert on Channel 4’s Hunted, and Celebrity Hunted TV series, and will be on hand when filming for the new series starts in the spring of 2023.

    Captain Paul Kingsbury Maritime Security Consultant @ NCC Group

    Paul Kingsbury is a transportation security expert with 12 years of experience in maritime and rail operations technology. He’s a licensed Captain who has sailed oil tankers, bulkers, and cruise ships and was previously a Maritime Cybersecurity Operations Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruises. Paul now serves as Principal Security Consultant at NCC Group. With expertise in OT security and risk management, Paul holds certifications including Dragos Platform and GSEC, plus academic degrees in nautical science and economics.

    Craig Wooldridge Maritime Cyber Baseline Certification Manager @ IASME

    Craig is the Maritime Cyber Baseline Scheme Manager at IASME, helping maritime organisations improve their cyber security onboard and meet compliance requirements set by the IMO, Port Authorities, and Classification Authorities. Joining IASME after a 28-year career in the police, Craig brings his extensive expertise from roles as a Detective in the Economic Crime Unit and Regional Organised Crime Unit at West Midlands Police. He also served as a Financial Intelligence Officer and was seconded to the City of London Police as a Regional Intelligence Officer for the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau.
