Tyler Kreitz is the Founder and CEO of Focus On The Field, driving the strategic vision of the organization. As the Chief Operating Officer of ADVNC Lacrosse, he played an integral part in transforming the club into one of the West Coast’s most prominent lacrosse organizations. Prior to joining ADVNC, he was the Director of Enrollment at Bishop O’Dowd High School in Oakland, CA before transitioning to the ed-tech industry with sales and operations roles at Uversity / TargetX and AppZocial. Tyler graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Integrative Biology.

Cory Harris is a Co-Founder of Focus On The Field and drives the execution of FOTF's strategy and scaling operations. Prior to joining FOTF, Cory worked in management consulting with Malk Partners. Cory graduated from the University of Virginia, where he also attended graduate school to earn a master's degree in public policy. In addition to operational expertise, Cory brings a wealth of industry knowledge as a coach and player in the same youth sports ecosystem FOTF is working to fix.
