In this webinar we will present Partoo's latest research, carried out in collaboration with the market research institute Episto.
We interviewed more than 3 200 people, to analyse the purchasing behaviour of European users to date and to understand what elements they give weight to when they choose to go to a store.
The aim is to give companies (from all sectors) various insights to improve their digital strategy, online reputation and better understand customers and their needs.

75% of respondents believe that reviews have an impact on their decisions
56% of Europeans read reviews at least once a month
Google is the preferred platform for 86% of the panel to read and leave reviews
72% of people do not visit stores with a rating lower than 3/5
