On August 16, 2022, Nigeria’s Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) launched a Registration Framework that requires digital lending businesses to get approval from the agency to operate. We recently published a step-by-step guide on how to apply as a lending business in Nigeria.
