Live Q&A: Why Analysts and Management Consultants should consider a career in African Fintech

Product Specialists at Paystack own and manage the critical commercial relationships with some of the most ambitious businesses in Africa. In this 1-hour Q&A session, we want to share what the role of a Product Specialist entails and how an analyst background is the perfect training for it.

We're currently looking for smart, kind analysts to join the Product Specialist team.

As a Product Specialist, you'll build relationships with decision-makers across a portfolio of accounts, drive the direction of product development, and analyse proprietary datasets for interesting insights.

This role is a great fit for management consultants and industry analysts, as well as entrepreneurs who have significant experience starting and scaling businesses in Africa. It's also a rare opportunity to have a front-row seat on some of the most important discussions in the tech ecosystem and the African economy.

In this live Q&A, Tochukwu Ironsi (ex-KPMG, currently Product Specialist at Paystack), will share in detail what the day-to-day of a Product Specialist looks like and why there has never been a better time to consider a career in fintech! He'll also answer any questions you might have on transitioning to fintech particularly from a consulting or analyst background.

How will the Q&A work?

• Tochukwu will deliver a short overview of the problems that Paystack solves, what it's like to work at the company, and details about the Product Specialist role
• During the presentation, participants may leave their questions in writing
• After the presentation, Tochukwu will provide answers to the questions live
• Important: Participants will not be visible to each other. While they can see and upvote the written questions submitted by others, names will be obscured. (Which means there's no risk of your colleagues awkwardly seeing you in the audience)
