International Women's Day 2022 - Break the bias

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we will be running a Special Event highlighting four of our very own female leaders – Kim Padmore, Lisa Johnson, Elizabeth Punshon, and Peta Seaman.

Hosted by Peta Seaman, we will explore the unique journeys of these truly amazing women and the challenges they have faced.

Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field.Will you help break the bias?
