Prior to joining Great Hill in 2021, Tracy was the CHRO at HP where she had a successful tenure for over a decade and worldwide responsibility for HP's strategic human resources function and employee communications. Tracy currently serves as the Chair of the Board of The National Academy of Human Resources and has been widely recognized for her work in the HR space, including being named as HR Executive of the Year by Human Resources Executive Magazine in 2015.
Erin is fortunate to have led Talent Acquisition and Management for some of the most successful organizations in the world including Accenture, Aon Hewitt, NFP and Amazon.
