The use a single, centralized digital platform, or "Maritime Single Window" (MSW), is now mandated by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). The digital exchange of MSW data is essential for smooth and efficient port calls.
To enable intelligent and secure information sharing, a Port Community System (PCS) – an open electronic platform that connects multiple systems operated by organizations that make up a port community – is critical.
This webinar will address the MSW initiative and how a PCS can be leveraged to increase efficiency in maritime transport as a component of modern multimodal logistics.
