Michael Davies has led Tideworks’ software infrastructure team since 2017, overseeing cloud infrastructure, product delivery, platform services, and engineering tools. With more than 20 years of experience, he specializes in building cross-functional teams that boost developer productivity, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and elevate product quality for enterprise-scale systems.

Before Tideworks, Michael spent over a decade at Perforce Software, where he rose to Director of Engineering. There, he helped define strategy and drove initiatives in infrastructure, test automation, and virtualisation delivering measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and customer success.
