  Leah Edelboim is a partner in Cadwalader’s Fund Finance practice. She has more than a decade of experience in fund finance transactions, having worked on some of the largest deals with the biggest syndicates. Leah advises banks and other financial institutions on syndicated, club and bilateral subscription credit facilities, as well as NAV facilities, hybrids, management fee lines, GP Financings, Capital Relief Trades and other, often bespoke, fund finance transactions. With significant experience in both borrower- and lender-side representations, Leah has often been called upon to help clients devise creative structures that reflect evolving regulatory requirements and investor trends. She also has deep experience advising ratings agencies and providers of financial guaranty and other insurance products in fund finance transactions.

  Cameron Rooper Partner @ Paul Weiss

  Cameron Roper is a partner in the Finance Group and a member of the Fund Finance Group at Paul, Weiss. Cameron specializes in fund finance, acting for both fund managers and financial institutions. He advises on the full spectrum of fund finance products, including net asset value (NAV) facilities, leverage for secondary transactions, hybrid facilities and subscription line facilities, as well as general partner commitment and co-investment facilities. He has also worked on innovative levered feeder structures and other bespoke financing solutions for fund managers.

  Russell Evans Global Head of Funds, Client Coverage @ National Australia Bank Limited

  Russell is the Global Head of Funds at NAB and is responsible for the oversight of structuring and delivering liquidity and risk management solutions for private capital sponsors including subscription finance, NAV and hybrid facilities, as well as FX and interest rate hedging for open and closed-end funds. Russell has over 15 years of experience in delivering all aspects of fund financing, including the structuring and implementation of complex bilateral and syndicated debt facilities, capital markets solutions, structured deposits, derivative and portfolio risk management solutions. Prior to joining National Australia Bank in 2010 he spent 10 years at Lloyds Bank covering financial sponsors in both the private equity and real estate sectors. His earlier career was focused on project financing infrastructure and natural resources projects. He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Leicester and a Batchelor of Science degree from the University of Southampton.
