Rebekah Pryor Paré is a career services consultant and strategy coach with 20 years of experience in higher ed teaching, advising, academic policy, fundraising, and career services. She has held career services leadership roles at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Rebekah has consulted globally with over 50 institutions, including Michigan, Oregon, and British Columbia, and on grant-funded career competency projects in math and French disciplines. A respected thought leader, she advocates for the elevation career services to address strategic higher education priorities.
Dr. Steve Taylor is the policy director and senior fellow on economic mobility at Stand Together Trust, a national social impact philanthropy, where he leads the work on postsecondary education and workforce policy. He also serves on the board of the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, the policy and coordinating body for higher education in the Commonwealth.
