About this event
A conversation with Burning Glass Institute and Prentus on navigating workforce transformation—with actionable strategies and tools to turn insights into institutional results
The traditional career ladder is fundamentally changing. Entry-level roles are declining as AI reshapes work, while demand for mid-level expertise surges. The workforce pyramid is becoming a diamond, where careers increasingly begin at the middle rather than the bottom.
For higher education institutions, this raises urgent questions: How do we prepare students for careers that start at expertise level? How do we ensure our programs align with these rapidly shifting demands? How do we secure funding to make these adaptations? And most importantly: how do we turn these insights into measurable improvements in student outcomes?
