About this event
As product managers, we regularly interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, making strong communication skills essential. Even the best roadmap, a well-thought-out launch plan, or a seemingly straightforward business case can fall short if we’re not focused on effectively “getting the message across” and bringing our colleagues on board.
In the day-to-day, we often underestimate how much effort is needed to address each stakeholder's unique interests—sometimes running into predictable obstacles we could have avoided. Effective communication is key to rallying others to our side, overcoming resistance, and achieving our goals efficiently. It’s crucial to our credibility and confidence as product managers.
In this 45-minute webinar, we’ll share communication strategies and tactics to help you reach your goals with greater ease. We’ll also provide practical tips and tricks to help you navigate communication challenges and make quicker progress.

You’ll also get a helpful infographic summarizing the 10 most important communication tips to keep at hand.
