This webinar will walk you through a real life approach to creating, sending, and analyzing your own stakeholder survey. At the end of this webinar you will have the tools and knowledge necessary to quickly survey your patrons and use the data to improve your library's website.

During this workshop, we will cover:

  • What questions you should ask;
  • Best practices including survey length, types of questions, and more;
  • Survey software & creating questions;
  • Segmenting the results & analyzing data;
  • How to use the data to improve your website.



After the workshop, we'll share the following tools with all participants:

  • A demo survey with real questions and answers you can use to survey your patrons;
  • An email template you can send out to increase the number of responses to your survey;
  • Knowledge to create and execute your own survey.
