To bridge this gap, CISOs and their teams need to focus on two key areas: First, they must ensure their priorities are data-driven and aligned with broader business objectives. Second, they need to communicate these priorities effectively to key stakeholders, which is essential for securing strategic buy-in and obtaining the aligned investments for implementation.
