Dear Rocket.Chat Community,
We decided to extend the deprecation date for our cloud services (marketplace apps, push notification, and omnichannel gateway) and mobile and desktop apps for Rocket.Chat unsupported versions to November 20, 2023.
Furthermore, we have also decided to streamline our support window regulations. Going forward, all Rocket.Chat versions will receive support for 6 months, starting from the release date.
This change is aimed at helping you plan your Rocket.Chat version updates more effectively based on a predetermined schedule.
