About this event

Navigating tough conversations at work is an essential skill, regardless of our role. These discussions, often fraught with emotions and differing perspectives, can determine the future of relationships, team dynamics, and the overall health of an organization. For supervisors, mastering this skill can be the key to fostering trust, resolving conflicts, and ensuring team cohesion. For employees, it can mean expressing concerns without fear, advocating for oneself, and building strong professional relationships. Both roles require empathy, active listening, and a fluid approach to the targeted audience to ensure that the conversation leads to understanding and resolution.
