About this event
Incivility in the workplace has become a growing challenge. Rudeness, disrespect, and workplace tension are becoming all too common. Offensive actions, impolite language, and outright rudeness aren’t confined to social media—they’re showing up in our offices, crew meetings, and day-to-day interactions. Whether it's unreturned messages, interrupted meetings, or subtle dismissals, these behaviors chip away at morale, teamwork, and trust. According to the Society for Human Resource Management, two out of three workers have witnessed or experienced incivility in just the past month. We can do better—and it starts with building a culture where respect is modeled, expected, and supported.
