The Oregon Friendly Driver course is a free, interactive training designed to help drivers safely and confidently share the road with everyone—from people walking and biking to those using mobility devices. Funded by the Oregon Department of Transportation and administered by Commute Options, this course supports safer, more respectful roadways across Oregon.
In this engaging webinar, participants will learn practical strategies for navigating everyday driving situations, as well as understand Oregon-specific traffic laws and infrastructure. The course also highlights common crash scenarios and how to avoid them. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your role in creating a culture of safety, courtesy, and shared responsibility on Oregon’s roads.
