CIS Sr. Risk and Emergency Management Consultant Katie Durfee has worked in local government and public risk pooling for over nineteen years. Her primary area of focus is providing consulting on emergency management, safety issues, as well as drones. Before joining CIS, Katie was with the City of Oregon City, Oregon for two years and served as Chief Deputy County Clerk for Valley County, Idaho for over nine years overseeing risk management and emergency preparedness efforts. Katie presently serves as the immediate Past President for the Oregon Chapter of PRIMA and has also previously served as the president for the Idaho Chapter of PRIMA, as well as participated on several National PRIMA committees, including the Leadership Development Committee
