About this event
This training provides an introduction to the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (Longshore Act). Upon completion of the course, participants will gain an understanding of the Act’s historical background, criteria for coverage eligibility, payroll reporting requirements, and the necessary documentation for submitting a request for Longshore coverage under the workers’ compensation policy.
