    Christopher Hare MRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. Following several years working as a Building Surveyor mostly in the public sector, Chris moved into the residential sector, initially working for a large panel valuation company. He subsequently joined Nationwide Building Society in 2011 as a Staff Valuer covering East London and now has responsibility for a team of Asset Risk Valuers across the East half of the UK as well as all Valuations undertaken on behalf of Nationwide and The Mortgage Works in the same area.
