About this event
Join Sava for a timely and insightful webinar on the vital role of ventilation in buildings, featuring guest speaker Professor Richard Fitton from the University of Salford.
As buildings become increasingly airtight to meet stricter energy efficiency standards, proper ventilation has never been more critical. Inadequate ventilation can lead to condensation, mould growth, poor indoor air quality, and negative health impacts for occupants. Conversely, poorly designed ventilation strategies can compromise energy performance and drive-up costs.
In this session, Richard will explore the delicate balance between energy efficiency and indoor air quality, drawing on research and practical examples to highlight common challenges, unintended consequences, and effective solutions. This session will provide valuable insights for all housing professionals on this important topic.
