    Doug Marcello Shareholder, Trucking and Commercial Transportation @ Saxton & Stump

    Doug Marcello is an attorney in Saxton & Stump's Trucking and Commercial Transportation Group, defending trucking companies in both central PA and throughout the country. A trial counsel in 35 different states, Doug handles all aspects of the trucking industry’s legal needs, from immediately responding to accidents to working with businesses to mitigate risk and litigating cases through a jury trial. Doug has a commercial driver’s license (CDL), giving him insight into the challenges of operating a tractor-trailers. Doug is a champion for the trucking industry’s safety and growth, holding leadership roles with trade agencies dedicated to driver safety. He is a longtime member of the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association (PMTA) and sits on its board of directors. Doug is also a member of the American Trucking Associations, serving on committees that emphasize safety in trucking. He also contributes frequently to industry publications on important legal topics in the trucking sector.

    Ryan Givens Senior Counsel, Information Privacy and Cybersecurity @ Saxton & Stump

    Ryan Givens has nearly a decade of experience working as a private practice attorney representing businesses throughout central PA in industries such as financial services, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, and medical practices. He has also served as an in-house general counsel at a financial services consulting firm in the Philadelphia area, where he managed its information security compliance programs. This experience equips him to assist his business clients with cybersecurity challenges. He also collaborates with clients through Saxton & Stump’s affiliate company, Granite GRC Consulting, which specializes in cybersecurity assessments and solutions, among other compliance services. While in law school, Ryan interned for the Hon. Jeffrey J. Reich of Lancaster County and was an extern for the Hon. Albert H. Masland of the Cumberland County Orphans’ Court. He earned his law degree at Dickinson Penn State Law School and his undergraduate degree at Ursinus College.
